摘 要:“快乐武术”源于快乐体育理论,主张以育人为出发点和归宿,在教学过程中促进学生身心的均衡发展。文章采用文献资料法、教学实验法及数理统计法等研究方法,构建小学“快乐武术”教学模式并展开实验研究。经过为期16周的教学实验,对参与实验的164名学生的体质状况、武术技能、武术知识水平、学习兴趣和态度等指标进行检验,结果表明:“快乐武术”教学模式在小学的课程实施有助于提升学生体质测试成绩,提高学生武术认知及技能表现,同时增强学生的学习兴趣和态度水平。"happy Wushu" originates from the theory of happy sports and advocates educating people as the starting point and destination to promote the balanced development of students’ body and mind in the teaching process.Using the methods of literature,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper constructs the teaching model of "happy Wushu" in primary school and carries out experimental research.After a 16 week teaching experiment,the physical condition,martial arts skills,martial arts knowledge level,learning interest and attitude of 164 students participating in the experiment are tested.The results show that the implementation of "happy martial arts" teaching mode in primary school curriculum is helpful to improve students’ physical test results and improve students’ martial arts cognition and skill performance,At the same time,enhance students’ learning interest and attitude.
