重塑阳刚之气:学校武术教育时代使命和践行路径

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法和访谈法获悉学校武术教育在重塑学生“阳刚之气”进程中面临的新形势和意义,明确了学校武术教育在新时代重塑学生“阳刚之气”中应该担当的时代使命:(1)加强精神品质的培养,筑牢爱国主义情怀;(2)加强意志品质锻炼,筑牢责任意识和德行担当;(3)加强身体素质锻炼,筑牢身心健康素质。践行路径:首先,转变学校武术教育理念,加强学生价值观引领;其次,制定身心健康“软硬”指标,把牢身心健康责任关口;然后,优化武术教育课程体系,强化“打练结合”教育模式;最后;深度挖掘武术文化,打造优秀武术思政“金课”。只有从观念、监测指标、方法手段逐层完善,落实、落细,学校武术教育重塑青少年“阳刚之气”的目标才不会流于形式。Through the method of literature and interview,we have learned the new situation and significance of school Wushu education in the process of reshaping students’ “masculinity”.It is clear that school Wushu education should take on the mission of The Times in the new era of reshaping students’ “masculinity”.The mission of The Times:1.Strengthen the cultivation of spiritual quality,build a firm patriotic feeling;2.Strengthen the training of will and quality,build a firm sense of responsibility and moral responsibility;3.Strengthen physical quality exercise,build solid physical and mental health quality.Practice path:First,change school wushu education concept,strengthen students’ values guidance;Secondly,the “soft and hard” indicators of physical and mental health should be formulated to guard the responsibility of physical and mental health.Then,the curriculum system of wushu education should be optimized to strengthen the education mode of “combination of fighting and practicing”.The last;Dig deeply into wushu culture,create excellent wushu ideological and political “golden course”.Only by perfecting the concept,monitoring index,methods and means level by level,implementing and reducing,the goal of remolding teenagers’ "masculinity" in school wushu education will not become a mere formality.
