摘 要:基于CFD技术开展民机机翼后缘变弯度气动设计优化中,机翼后缘变弯度设计的几何参数化和网格自动生成是优化设计流程的前置处理子流程,也是研究开发重要方面。针对研究问题提出了机翼后缘局部网格变形策略,开发了基于自由曲面变形(FFD)技术的几何参数化和RBF-TFI混合插值技术的局部网格变形程序,在此基础上建立机翼后缘变弯度优化设计流程。为了提高网格变形效率,还提出了RBF插值基序列筛选方法,开发并集成于BRF-TFI混合网格变形程序。以某型民机为算例,开展机翼后缘变弯度气动设计优化数值研究,验证了变形网格自动生成技术在多方式组合复杂变弯度机翼设计优化中的适用性。In the aerodynamic design optimization of wing trailing edge with variable camber based on CFD,the geometric parameterization and automatic mesh generation for wing trailing edge with variable camber are important aspects.In this paper, a local mesh deformation strategy was proposed at the trailing edge of the wing, and the programs for automatic mesh generationwas developed based on free-form deformation(FFD)and RBF-TFI interpolation technique.Then the design optimization process of the wing with variable camber trailing edge was established.In order to improve the mesh deformation efficiency, the scanning method of RBF interpolation basis sequence was also proposed, which was integrated into RBF-TFI program.Final the aerodynamic design optimization for a civil aircraft with variable camber trailing edge was carried out, and the applicability of the automatic mesh generation technique for multi-way combination wing with variable camber was verified.
