摘  要:高分子材料是关系科技发展与民生的基础材料之一,高分子材料专业人才的培养至关重要。针对常州工程职业技术学院高材智造专业培养目标、毕业生就业现状和产业需求,分析人才培养存在的问题。结合专业特点,针对性地提出高材智造专业校企联合、产教融合的“2+1”人才培养模式,分别从课程设置、实施方案与实训基地建设几个方面进行阐述。Polymer materials are one of the basic materials related to scientific and technological development,people's livelihood.The cultivation of polymer materials professionals is crucial.Aiming at the training objectives,the employment status of graduates and the industrial needs of intelligent manufacturing of polymer materials majoy in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,the problems existing in talent training are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of the major,the"2+1"talent training model of school-enterprise alliance and industry education integration of intelligent manufacturing of polymer materials majoy is proposed in a targeted manner,which is explained from the aspects of curriculum setting,implementation plan and practical training base construction.
