摘 要:目的 分析慢性牙周炎患者血浆和龈沟液中蛋白羰基水平,评价慢性牙周炎引起的氧化应激下蛋白氧化损伤情况。方法 本研究共纳入慢性牙周炎组患者24例和正常对照组牙周健康者22例。对所有对象进行详细的口腔检查,获取外周血和龈沟液样本,检测血浆和龈沟液中蛋白羰基的水平,分析蛋白羰基水平与牙周临床参数的相关性。结果 慢性牙周炎组患者血浆和龈沟液中的蛋白羰基水平均较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.001),蛋白羰基水平与菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊深度、临床附着水平均呈正相关。结论 慢性牙周炎患者血浆和龈沟液蛋白羰基化水平升高,反映了牙周炎造成的蛋白氧化损伤,可作为评价牙周炎状态的一项指标。Objective To analyze the protein carbonyl(PC) levels in plasma and gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in patients with chronic periodontitis(CP), and evaluate protein oxidative damage in oxidative stress caused by CP. Methods Twenty-four CP patients and 22 health controls were enrolled in this study. All subjects had an oral examination. Peripheral blood and GCF were obtained. PC levels in plasma and GCF were detected. The correlation between PC levels and periodontal clinical parameters was analyzed. Results Compared with health controls, PC levels in plasma and GCF were significantly higher in CP patients(P<0.001). There were positive correlations between PC levels and plaque index, gingiva index, probing depth and clinical attachment level. Conclusion Levels of PC in plasma and GCF increase in CP patients, which indicates protein oxidative damage caused by periodontitis. PC could be a potential indicator for assessing periodontal inflammation.
