明清晋商责任意识的当代价值探析

摘　　要：明清时期晋商富甲天下,是中国最大的商帮之一。经过长期的商业实践,明清晋商在融合儒家文化和山西地域文化的基础上,形成了鲜明的责任意识,其内涵有“树基业于家”的创业精神,“首重信,次讲义,最后才是利”的诚信精神以及乐善同乡、为国纾难的责任担当。责任意识在一定程度上促进了明清晋商的发展,是晋商文化的重要组成部分。During Ming and Qing Dynasties,Shanxi merchants were the richest in the world,and they were one of the largest merchant gangs in China.After long-term commercial practice,Shanxi merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties formed a distinct sense of responsibility based on the integration of Confucian culture and Shanxi regional culture,which includes the entrepreneurial spirit of"building the foundation for family",the integrity spirit of"attaching the greatest importance to the trustworthiness,and secondly,faithfulness,and the last,profit",and the responsibility of being kind to fellow villagers and helping the country to relieve the difficulties.Their sense of responsibility promoted the commercial development of Shanxi merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties to a certain extent,and was an important part of Shanxi merchants′culture.
