摘 要:图书馆即教育,社会教育是公共图书馆的职能之一。公共图书馆应抓住机遇,运用元宇宙的相关理念、技术和形态提升社会教育水平和能力。文章通过分析元宇宙与公共图书馆社会教育的理念基因以及对国内外图书馆的广泛调查与典型案例挖掘,明确在“元宇宙前夕”背景下公共图书馆社会教育的不足,提出未来更加智能化、沉浸化、交互化以及云端化的应用场景,推助元宇宙视域下的公共图书馆社会教育发展策略。公共图书馆可以从跨界合作丰富教育内容、精准服务促进普惠均等、技术融合拓宽教育形式、全域联动实现融合发展等方面发展元宇宙形态下的公共图书馆社会教育。The purpose of library is education and social education is one of the core functions of public libraries.Public libraries should seize the opportunity of the time and use concepts,technologies and practices related to metaverse to improve the standard and capacity of social education. By analyzing the conceptual origins of metaverse and public library social education,as well as extensively surveying typical cases of libraries at home and abroad,this paper identifies the insufficiency of social education by public libraries against the dawn of the metaverse. Based on existing research findings,intelligent,immersive,interactive and cloud-based applications for the future are proposed. Finally,development strategies of social education are presented. Public libraries have already had the theoretical,technical and practical basis related to metaverse. They can develop future social education in the metaverse context through cross-border collaboration. This will enrich the educational contents and can offer precise services to promote universal equality. Technological integration will also broaden educational formats and enhance regional linkages to achieve the goal of integrated development.
