摘  要:通过单向热拉深试验研究了第二代先进高强度DP1180钢的力学性能和成形性能,对试验数据进行处理可以得到100~600℃下的真实应力应变曲线以及在各个温度条件下的力学性能参数。室温~400℃时DP1180高强钢板料的极限拉深直径随着温度的升高而升高,极限拉深比由常温下的2.07增加至2.3,极限拉深性能提升了11.6%。当温度升高至450℃时,由于出现蓝脆现象,其极限拉深直径反而减小,继续加热至550℃时,蓝脆现象消失,拉深极限增大14%,筒形件拉深试样的成形性能提高。单向热拉深试验表明DP1180高强钢板的蓝脆温度范围为200~300℃,但在热拉深试验中,蓝脆温度上升到450℃,原因是加热速度快且在冲击载荷的作用下,蓝脆温度增大。The mechanical properties and formability of the second-generation advanced highstrength DP1180 steel were studied through uniaxial thermal tensile test,and the real stress-strain curves at 100~600℃and various mechanical properties parameters at various temperatures could be obtained by processing the experimental data.The limit drawing diameter of DP1180 highstrength steel sheet increased with the increase of temperature in 20~400℃.The limit drawing ratio increased from 2.07 to 2.3,and the limit drawing performance increased by 11.6%.When the temperature rose to 450℃,the limit drawing diameter decreased due to the blue brittle.When the temperature continued to rise to 550℃,the blue brittle disappeared,and the drawing limit increased by 14%,and the formability of the cylindrical drawing sample was improved.The uniaxial thermal tensile test showed that the blue brittle temperature range of DP1180 high-strength steel plate was 200~300℃,but the blue brittle temperature rose to 450℃in the hot drawing experiment,because the heating speed was fast and the temperature of blue brittleness increased under the impact load.
