摘 要:“1+X”证书制度对技术技能人才有了新的评价依据,高职院校必须重视“1+X”职业技能等级证书对模具专业发展的促进作用。目前模具专业教学中还存在与“1+X”证书试点工作不适应的现实障碍,从构建模具专业人才培养方案、以“1+X”证书制度引领教师提高技能、创新“现代学徒制”教学新内容、校企共同开发教学资源等方面探讨了模具专业教学改革的路径。The "1+X" certificate system had a new evaluation basis for technical talents, higher vocational colleges had to pay attention to the promotion of "1+X" vocational skill certificate to die &mould professional development. At present, there were practical obstacles in the teaching of die& mould specialty that did not adapt to the "1+X" certificate pilot work. The teaching reform path of die & mould specialty was discussed from the aspects of constructing die & mould specialty talent training program, leading teachers to improve skills based on the "1+X" certificate system, innovating the new teaching content of "modern apprenticeship", and jointly developing teaching resources of school and enterprise.
