涉外法律诊所:一个可开拓的涉外法治人才培养方法

摘　　要：涉外法治人才培养已成为当下我国法学教育的重大使命,急需我国高校创新培养方法,涉外法律诊所可以是一个值得开拓的新方法。涉外法律诊所具有国际法双语教学、模拟法庭教学、案例教学、虚拟仿真教学和国际组织实习等不同的附加值,有助于培养高层次的涉外法治人才。我国有条件的高校应鼓励和支持教师开设涉外法律诊所。中国诊所法律教育专业委员会也应在涉外法治人才的培养中发挥作用,鼓励和支持各委员单位开设涉外法律诊所。中国国际法学会应设立国际法教学兴趣小组,鼓励和支持有条件的会员单位和常务理事、理事、会员等开设涉外法律诊所。To create foreign-related legal talents is an important mission for Chinese legal education,necessitating Chinese universities to innovate approaches.Foreignrelated legal clinics could be a new approach in this field.Unlike international law bilingual teachings,moot court competitions,case teachings,VR teachings and interns in international organizations,foreign-related legal clinics have their own features and added values,which are conducive to creating high-level foreign-related legal talents.Leading Chinese universities shall encourage and support teachers to create foreignrelated legal clinics.The CCCLE should play a role in creating foreign-related legal talents,encourage and support the member universities to create foreign-related legal clinics.The Chinese Society of International Law should set up a group of interest on teachings of international law,and encourage and support member universities and member professors to create foreign-related legal clinics.
