案例竞赛对商科学生创新创业能力提升的影响——基于浙江省大学生经济管理案例竞赛的调查

摘　　要：新时期创新创业教育已成为商科人才培养的重要目标,案例竞赛是商科大学生专创结合教育方式的重要补充,探究案例竞赛对商科大学生双创实践的影响路径对于促进新时期商科应用型人才培养具有重要意义。通过调查“浙江省大学生经济管理案例竞赛”参赛学生,发现并验证案例竞赛对大学生双创实践意愿培养的影响因素及显著路径。基于此,提出利用和改进案例竞赛,优化商科人才培养、组队参赛和赛事建设等方面的对策建议。Nowadays in China,the innovation and entrepreneurship program has become the important goal for the students cultivation in the business studies,and the case contest is the significant supplement to their educational method,thus making a thorough study of the effect of the case contest on their innovation and entrepreneurship practice is to be a great significance in cultivating the applied talents of business.By investigating the contestants of the provincial economic management case contest,the influence factors and outstanding paths of the case contest towards cultivating the students will of innovation and entrepreneurship practice are found and verified.Based on the findings of the study,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in how to make good use of the contest and improve it,how to optimize the students cultivation in the business studies,how to form a team to participate the contest and how to construct the competition.
