摘　　要：针对级联H桥静止同步补偿器中H桥模块单开关故障,设计了一种不依赖于辅助元件的纯软件新型容错运行方案。通过傅里叶级数分析和计算,优化了特定谐波消除脉宽调制算法,同时调高H桥模块的直流电压至原来的2N(/2N-1)倍。在平衡采样周期内,根据电容电压值和静止同步补偿器的工作模式,调节H桥模块的平均有功功率。利用级联H桥静止同步补偿器样机进行了故障容错运行实验测试,结果显示,在检测并定位到绝缘栅双极型晶体管故障后,静止同步补偿器通过升高H桥模块直流电压可恢复至额定容量,并实现了静止同步补偿器最大平衡线电压,且无直流偏置,同时维持了直流电压平衡,故障前后电流总谐波失真保持基本一致。测试结果验证了所设计级联H桥静止同步补偿器容错控制方案的有效性。Aimed at the single power switch failure of the H-bridge module in a cascaded H-bridge static synchronous compensator(STATCOM),a novel pure software fault-tolerant operation scheme which does not depend on auxiliary components is designed.Through Fourier series analysis and calculations,the selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)algorithm is optimized,and the DC voltage of the H-bridge module increases to 2N/(2N-1)times of its original value.In the balanced sampling period,the average active power of the H-bridge module is adjusted according to the capacitor voltage value and the operating mode of STATCOM.A cascaded H-bridge STATCOM prototype was used to carry out a fault-tolerant operation experiment test.Results show that when the IGBT failure was detected and located,STATCOM can restore the rated capacity by increasing the DC voltage of the H-bridge module.In addition,the maximum balance line voltage of STATCOM was achieved without DC bias.Meanwhile,the DC voltage balance was maintained,and the total harmonic distortion of current before and after fault remained basically the same.The test results verified the effectiveness of the designed cascaded H-bridge STATCOM fault-tolerant control scheme.
