摘 要:青贮饲料的pH值和有机酸含量能够直观地反映青贮饲料的品质,是衡量青贮饲料质量的重要指标。本研究以库布齐沙漠北沙柳、柠条锦鸡儿、杨柴+花棒、甘草为对象,通过添加0.2‰乳酸菌、1.0‰纤维素酶、3.0%DM糖蜜和0.5‰青贮专用复合酶对青贮饲料pH值和有机酸的影响。结果表明:(1)各处理方法均使青贮pH值降低,其中添加纤维素酶制剂和糖蜜制剂后北沙柳、柠条锦鸡儿青贮效果明显,杨柴+花棒、甘草青贮效果不明显。(2)添加纤维素酶制剂和糖蜜制剂后北沙柳pH值较对照组分别降低0.97(P<0.05)、0.51(P<0.05),乳酸含量较对照组分别增加17.03 mg·g^(-1)、7.64 mg·g^(-1),乙酸含量较对照组分别增加0.43 mg·g^(-1)、1.11 mg·g^(-1)。(3)添加纤维素酶制剂和糖蜜制剂后柠条锦鸡儿pH值较对照组分别降低0.68(P<0.05)、0.51(P<0.05),乳酸含量较对照组分别增加74.22 mg·g^(-1)(P<0.05)、74.92 mg·g^(-1)(P<0.05),乙酸含量较对照组分别增加2.64 mg·g^(-1)、4.35 mg·g^(-1)。The organic acid content and pH value can intuitively reflect the quality of silage,which is an important indicator to measure the quality of silage.Taking Salix psammophila,Caragana korshinskii,Hedysarum mongolicum+Hedysarum scoparium and Glycyrrhiza uralensis in Kubuqi Desert as research objects,the effect of adding 0.2‰lactic acid bacteria,1.0‰cellulase,3.0%DM molasses and 0.5‰silage special compound enzyme has been studied on pH value and organic acid of silage.The results show:(1)All treatment methods can reduce pH value of silage.The silage effect of Salix psammophil and Caragana korshinskii after adding cellulase preparation and molasses preparation was obvious,but the silage effect of Hedysarum mongolicum+Hedysarum scoparium and Glycyrrhiza uralensis was not obvious.(2)For Salix psammophil,after adding cellulase preparations and molasses preparations,compared with the control group,pH value decreased by 0.97(P<0.05)and 0.51(P<0.05),the lactic acid content increased by 17.03 mg·g^(-1) and 7.64 mg·g^(-1),and the content of acetic acid increased by 0.43 mg·g^(-1) and 1.11 mg·g^(-1).(3)For Caragana korshinskii,after adding cellulase preparations and molasses preparations,compared with the control group,pH value decreased by 0.68(P<0.05)and 0.51(P<0.05),the lactic acid content increased by 74.22 mg·g^(-1)(P<0.05)and 74.92 mg·g^(-1)(P<0.05),and the content of acetic acid increased by 2.64 mg·g^(-1) and 4.35 mg·g^(-1).
