摘 要:以内蒙古乌拉特前旗、内蒙古准格尔旗、陕西靖边县等10个种源文冠果种子作为研究对象,对种子品质、种子营养成分进行测试分析,以期为多用途文冠果优良种源筛选提供参考依据。结果表明:10个种源文冠果种子仁皮比在0.64~1.00之间,且不同种源之间存在显著差异;种子千粒重在765.30~1142.90 g之间,平均值为946.36 g,不同种源种子的千粒重存在显著差异。10个种源文冠果种仁平均含油率、黄酮含量、蛋白质含量、不饱和脂肪酸含量和神经酸含量分别为:57.70%、0.15%、21.85%、92.15%和1.64%。不同种源种子的千粒重与种仁的营养成分存在正相关关系,通过隶属函数法筛选出内蒙古准格尔旗(NEZ)、红山区(NCH)、鄂托克前旗(NEE)、翁牛特旗(NCW)、开鲁县(NTK)和陕西省靖边县(SYJ)等6个文冠果种源可作为多用途优良种源。Taking the seeds of Xanthoceras sorbifolia from 10 provenances,such as Urad Front Banner,Jungar Banner,Jingbian County,etc as research objects,the seed quality and seed nutritional components were tested and analyzed,in order to provide references for the selection of excellent provenances of multi-purpose Xanthoceras sorbifolia.The results showed that the kernel skin ratio of seeds from 10 provenances ranged from 0.64 to 1.00,and there were significant differences among different provenances.The thousand grain weight ranged from 765.30 g to 1142.90 g,the average value was 946.36 g,and there were significant differences in thousand grain weight of seeds from different provenances.The average oil content,flavonoid content,protein content,unsaturated fatty acid content and neurotic acid content of Xanthoceras sorbifolia kernel from 10 provenances were 57.70%,0.15%,21.85%,92.15%and 1.64%,respectively.There was a positive correlation between the thousand grain weight of seeds from different provenances and the nutritional components of kernel.Six provenances,including Jungar Banner(NEZ),Hongshan District(NCH),Otag Front Banner(NEE),Ongniud Banner(NCW),Kailu County(NTK)from Inner Mongolia and Jingbian County(SYJ)from Shaanxi,could be used as multi-purpose excellent provenances.
