摘 要:目的 探讨全媒体健康教育在原发性肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年12月至2020年12月间武穴市第一人民医院收治的184例原发性肝癌患者,根据患者入院时间分为观察组和对照组,每组92例。观察组患者采用全媒体健康教育形式,对照组患者采用常规健康教育形式,比较两组患者的健康生活方式达标情况、生活质量及健康教育满意度。结果 观察组患者情绪稳定达标率、合理饮食达标率、遵医用药达标率和体育锻炼达标率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率为97.8%,高于对照组的80.4%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 原发性肝癌患者采用全媒体健康教育方法,可改善患者的健康生活方式达标情况,提高生活质量和健康教育满意度,适合临床推广和实施。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of omnimedia health education in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods From December 2015 to December 2020, 184 patients with primary liver cancer were selected at Wuxue First People’s Hospital. According to the time of admission, the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 92 patients in each group. The observation group received omnimedia health education and the control group adopts conventional health education. Patient’s compliance with healthy lifestyle quality of life and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rates for emotional stability, reasonable diet, medicine use, and physical exercises were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate was 97.8% the observation group which was higher than 80.4% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Omnimedia health education can improve patient compliance with healthy lifestyle, quality of life and patient satisfaction with health education in patients with primary liver cancer. It is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
