摘 要:来华攻读研究生学位的非洲学生,其留学决定受基于成本-回报的硬实力要素和基于认同与欣赏的软实力要素的影响。硬实力要素包括中国学位的就业优势、中国高等教育质量的国际竞争力以及奖学金相关政策的大力支持。软实力要素包括“友好、温和、安全”的中国国际形象、值得学习借鉴的中国经验以及激发对中国文化好奇的汉语学习。其中,中国高等教育质量、奖学金相关政策和独特的中国经验发挥重要作用,语言文化的软实力影响有待进一步发掘。For African students who come to China to study for postgraduate degrees,their study abroad decision was influenced by factors from two aspects,hard power based on cost-benefit and soft power based on recognition and appreciation.Hard power factors include the employment advantages of Chinese degree,the international competitiveness of the quality of Chinese higher education and the strong support of scholarship related policies.Soft power factors include friendly,mild and safe international image of China,Chinese experience worthy of learning and Chinese language learning with curiosity for Chinese culture.Among them,the quality of Chinese higher education,scholarship related policies and unique Chinese experience have significant influence,and the soft power influence of language and culture needs further developing.
