北宋东京休闲体育活动勃兴的历史审视

摘　　要：文章以文献资料法为主,从历史审视角度对北宋经济和文化进行多方位的解读,以期找出宋朝休闲体育活动勃兴的社会基础,为中国当代体育文化的建设提供价值参考。主要观点认为由于北宋经济水平发展出现了近代化特征,社会整体经济实力与市民阶层消费能力的提高,提供了体育休闲活动的物质基础;城市人口规模的扩张以及优渥的生活条件促生了庞大的休闲消费需求群体;假日及业余时间的增加为休闲活动提供了时间保障;休闲活动资源的发展顺应了社会的需要,出现了勾栏瓦舍等商业性休闲市场,满足了体育休闲的消费需求;开放的社会文化在一定程度上也是北宋体育休闲繁荣发展的重要因素。By method of literature study,this paper unscrambles the economic and culture in north song dynasty to find out the social foundation of sports &leisure’s blooming.It draws the conclusions:the economy in northern song dynasty developed with modernized characteristics.The increase of society economy and the citizen’s consumption supplied the material condition for the sports &leisure.The increase of population in Dongjing city and the superiority of live condition bring out more people who need sports &leisure.The holiday and leisure time were sufficient.The commercial market of Goulan Washe meeted the needs of sports & leisure.The open society also was the reason for the prosperous of sports & leisure.
