摘 要:目的 研究丰富环境(EE)后单眼形觉剥夺成年弱视小鼠闪光视觉诱发电位(fVEP)的变化,探讨丰富环境对成年弱视小鼠视皮层可塑性的影响。方法 采用正常3周龄健康雄性C57小鼠,检测小鼠右眼及左眼fVEP后构建单眼形觉剥夺成年弱视小鼠模型,将单眼形觉剥夺成年弱视小鼠放入丰富环境中饲养6个月,观察成年弱视小鼠弱视眼及对侧眼每月fVEP变化。结果 单眼形觉剥夺成年小鼠剥夺眼fVEP N1-P2波振幅较对侧眼明显下降,剥夺眼即为弱视眼;单眼形觉剥夺成年弱视小鼠弱视眼N1-P2波振幅在EE饲养前明显低于对侧眼(P<0.05),在EE2月后开始高于对侧眼,在EE4月后达到最高峰,显著高于对侧眼(P<0.05),后出现下降趋势,在EE6月时与对侧眼持平。结论 丰富环境饲养可阻止单眼形觉剥夺成年弱视小鼠弱视眼视觉诱发电位的损害,可提高弱视眼fVEP N1-P2波振幅,可以逆转弱视眼视皮层可塑性。Objective This study aims to investigate the changes of fVEP in monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice after EE and to study the effect of EE on the neuroplasticity of monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice.Methods Normal 3-week-old healthy male C57 mice were used.After detecting fVEP of the right and left eyes of the mice,monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice models were constructed.The monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice were fed in environmental enrichment for half a year to observe the fVEP changes of the amblyopic and opposite eyes monthly.Results The amplitude of fVEP N1-P2 waves in monocular-deprived eyes of monocular-deprivation adult mice were significantly lower than those in the contralateral eyes.The monocular-deprived eyes were amblyopic eyes.The amplitudes of fVEP N1-P2 wave in amblyopia eyes of monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice were significantly lower than those in the contralateral eyes before EE(P<0.05),and began to be higher than those in the contralateral eyes after EE2 months,then reached peak in EE4 months,which were significantly higher than those in the contralateral eyes(P<0.05).They showed a downward trend and were equal to those in the contralateral eyes at EE6 months.Conclusion Environmental enrichment can prevent the decline of visual evoked potential in monocular-deprivation adult amblyopic mice,increase the amplitude of fVEP N1-P2 wave,and reverse the plasticity of visual cortex in amblyopic eyes.
