多焦点近视离焦眼镜对近视儿童对比敏感度的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察多焦点近视离焦眼镜(DIMS)对低中度近视儿童对比敏感度(CS)的影响。方法 收集低中度近视儿童患者87例(165眼),随访6个月,观察暗室无炫光环境下,戴普通单焦点框架眼镜(SFFG)、戴DIMS眼镜后3天、3个月和6个月对CS的影响,并进行统计学分析。结果 暗室无眩光环境下,配戴DIMS眼镜3天,3c/d、12c/d、18c/d CS较SFFG下降,差异有统计学意义(P1-3<0.05,P1-12<0.05,P1-18<0.05),6c/d CS较SFFG眼镜差异没有统计学意义(P1-6>0.05);配戴DIMS眼镜3个月后低频和高频较SFFG下降(P2-3<0.05,P2-18<0.05),中频与SFFG比较没有统计学差异(P2-6>0.05,P2-12>0.05);戴DIMS眼镜6个月后各频区CS与SFFG值比较,差异均没有统计学意义(P3>0.05)。结论 低中度近视儿童戴DIMS眼镜后初期视觉质量下降,随配戴时间延长逐渐提至正常。Objective To observe the effect of defocus incorporated multiple segments spectacle lenses on contrast sensitivity(CS) in children with low-to-moderate myopia.Methods 87 cases(165 eyes) of children with low or moderate myopia were collected.Follow-up for 6 months,observe the influence of wearing single focus frame glasses(SFFG) and DIMS spectacle lenses on CS after 3 days,3 months and 6 months in dark room without glare,and make statistical analysis on the results.Results In the dark room without glare,3 days after wearing DIMS spectacle lenses,3 c/d,12 c/d,18 c/d CS were lower than SFFG,and the difference was statistically significant(P1-3<0.05,P1-12<0.05,P1-18 <0.05),while 6 c/d CS was not statistically significant compared with SFFG(P1-6> 0.05).After wearing DIMS spectacle lenses for 3 months,the low frequency and high frequency are lower than those of SFFG(P2-3<0.05,P2-18<0.05),and there is no statistical difference between the intermediate frequency(P2-6>0.05,P2-12>0.05),there is no statistical difference in CS values between DIMS spectacle lenses and SFFG for 6 months(P3>0.05).Conclusions After wearing DIMS spectacle lenses,the visual quality of children with low and moderate myopia decreased at the initial stage,and gradually improved to normal with the wearing time.
