摘　　要：根据自身成长发展积累的竞争优势,以市场和需求为导向,配置和管理各方资源,推进检验检测认证行业的数字化转型。打造资源型、技术型、融合型、服务型特质,形成动态、多变、弹性的组织结构或管理体系。战略性并购成为国际化检测机构做大做强的必要手段,也是国际检测机构通行做法。The application of the inspection,testing and certification industry(TIC)in the supply chain is very extensive,covering procurement,manufacturing,logistics,sales,consumption,recycling and other links of the supply chain.TIC has its own special role and value for improving the modernization level of the supply chain and participating in the construction of domestic and international double cycle.Especially in the context of the global epidemic,TIC plays an irreplaceable role.Under the new situation,TIC enterprises should seize the favorable opportunity of national policy support to further develop and grow,deeply integrate into the supply chain ecology,and provide customers with value-added services throughout the whole process.According to the competitive advantages accumulated in its own growth and development,with the market and demand as the guidance。
