摘  要:在全国高校强化“实践育人”和“创新创业”人才培养的大背景下,大学生实践能力成为动画专业人才培养方案中的重要考核指标。社会服务型工作室作为培养学生设计实践能力的摇篮,长期被认为是教师科研和学生课后练习场所,并没有充分发挥其功效,导致它在大学生实践能力培养中的效果不佳。本文立足动画人才实践培养目标,采用案例分析、描述性分析等研究方法,分别将社会服务型工作室的教学特点与动画人才培养方案进行匹对,从中找出了动画人才培养中的项目化实践教学、学科竞赛、双师教学、协同教学和项目管理等实施方法,以提升社会服务型工作室的教学效果,加速动画人才培养目标的实现。Under the background of strengthening“practice education”and“innovation and entrepreneurship”talent training in colleges and universities across the country,college students’practical ability has become an important assessment index in the talent training program of animation specialty.However,as the cradle of students’design and practice ability,social service studio has long been considered as a place for teachers’scientific research and students’after-class practice,which has not given full play to its effect,resulting in little effect in the training of college students’practical ability.Based animation talent practice training goal,therefore,this paper uses the methods of case analysis,descriptive analysis,respectively,the social service characteristics and animation studio teaching horse on the talent training scheme,find the animation talent training in the project practice teaching,course contests,double teaching,cooperative teaching and the implementation methods of project management.The research results will improve the teaching effect of social service studios and accelerate the realization of the goal of animation talent training.
