摘　　要：本文主要介绍了某轻量化中置轴轿运车车架基于Hyper Works强度分析的方法。通过计算车架在静态弯曲、紧急制动、紧急转向和扭转四种工况下的应力值,确认车架结构轻量化设计合理性,为车架结构优化提供了理论依据。This paper is ahout the strength analyse method of one lightweight truck frmae base on HyperWorks.Analyse four conditions about static bending,emergency braking,emergency steering and torsion to confirm the rationality of lightweight design of frame structure and provide the method for optimizing frame structure.
