摘　　要：目的:观察多元化治疗持续植物状态患者的临床疗效。方法:将2016年3月至2019年3月于我院住院治疗的38例持续植物状态患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各19例。治疗组给予中药吸入、针刺、电针、按摩、感官刺激、运动疗法;对照组给予电针、感官刺激、运动疗法;两组患者治疗周期均为1个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者脑电图(EGG)得分较治疗前均有所提高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组EGG得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为68.42%,高于对照组(42.10%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化治疗可以更好地改善持续植物状态患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of multivariant therapy on patients with persistent vegetative state.Methods:38 patients with persistent vegetative state who were hospitalized in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 19 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine inhalation,acupuncture,electroacupuncture,massage,sensory stimulation,exercise therapy,and the control group was given electroacupuncture,sensory stimulation,exercise therapy.The treatment period of both groups was one month.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the electroencephalogram(EEG)scores of both groups increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the EEG scores of the treated group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.42%,which was higher than that of the control group(42.10%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multivariant therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with persistent vegetative state.
