摘 要:为探讨不同栽培模式对四棱豆生理特性的影响,试验设置1个对照(露地直播)和5个处理(大棚直播、地膜直播、露地移栽、大棚移栽、地膜移栽),研究不同栽培模式对四棱豆叶绿素含量、净光合速率及日变化的影响。结果表明:3种移栽处理叶绿素a含量均高于对应的直播处理,且地膜移栽处理的叶绿素a+b含量和a/b值均最大。四棱豆叶片净光合速率以露地移栽处理值最大;不同叶位叶片净光合速率总体上以露地移栽处理最大,地膜移栽次之。总之,与其他处理相比,露地移栽更有利于四棱豆叶绿素含量及不同节位净光合速率的提高,其次是地膜移栽。In order to explore the effects of different cultivation patterns on physiological characteristics of winged bean, one control(direct seeding in open field) and five treatments(direct seeding in greenhouse, direct seeding with plastic film, transplanting in open field, transplanting in greenhouse and plastic film) were set to study the effects of different cultivation patterns on chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and diurnal variation of winged bean. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll a under the three transplanting treatments was higher than that under treatment of direct seeding, and the content of chlorophyll a+b and a/b value under the treatment of transplanting with plastic film was the highest. The net photosynthetic rate of winged bean leaves was the highest under treatment of transplanting in open field. On the whole, the net photosynthetic rate of leaves at different leaf positions was the highest in transplanting in open field, followed by transplanting with plastic film. In conclusion, compared with other treatments, the treatment of transplanting in open field is more conducive to the improvement of chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate at different nodes of winged bean, the treatment of transplanting with plastic film is next to it..
