摘  要:探讨了温度60℃、80℃、100℃,时间30min、60min、90min的湿热条件下蚕丝/PLA复合纱线形态结构、热收缩率、弹性回复率及力学性能的变化。结果表明:湿热处理后的蚕丝/PLA复合纱线由原来规整的形貌变成蓬松的状态,蚕丝/PLA复合纱线湿热收缩主要来自于蚕丝和PLA热收缩共同作用,整体呈上升趋势,但S捻Z捻蚕丝/PLA复合纱线在相同条件下湿热收缩存在较大的差异;其弹性回复率整体增加,幅度随着时间增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在温度为80℃时,纱线弹性回复率的增幅最大;随着温度和时间的增加,S捻与Z捻的蚕丝/PLA复合纱线的断裂强力表现出不同的变化规律,S捻复合纱线在不同温度条件下的断裂强力具有差异,而Z捻复合纱线的断裂强力整体呈增大的趋势;对于断裂伸长率来讲,两种捻度的复合纱线整体呈下降的趋势。The changes of morphological structure,thermal shrinkage,elastic recovery and mechanical properties of silk/PLA composite yarn under wet and hot conditions at 60℃,80℃and 100℃for 30,60 and 90 min were explored.The results showed that the silk/PLA composite yarn after damp heat treatment changed from the original regular shape to fluffy state.The damp heat shrinkage of silk/PLA composite yarn mainly came from the joint action of silk and PLA heat shrinkage,which showed an upward trend as a whole,but there were great differences in the damp heat shrinkages between S-twist and Z-twist silk/PLA composite yarns under the same conditions.The elastic recovery rate increased as a whole,and the amplitude increased first and then decreased with time.When the temperature was 80℃,the amplification of yarn elastic recovery rate was the largest.With the increase of temperature and time,the breaking strengths of S-twist and Z-twist silk/PLA composite yarns showed different change rules.The breaking strengths of S-twist composite yarn were different at different temperatures while the breaking strengths of Z-twist composite yarn increased as a whole.As for the elongation at break,the composite yarn with two twists showed a downward trend as a whole.
