摘　　要：目的探讨CO_(2)激光治疗小儿面部乳头状瘤的可行性,评价其疗效。方法对1例经CO_(2)激光治疗的小儿面部乳头状瘤病例进行报道并结合文献回顾分析。结果患儿于全身麻醉下切取左唇病变组织行病理活检,诊断为面部乳头状瘤;全麻下使用CO_(2)激光对病变组织分次进行手术消融,术后予以红霉素软膏涂布于术区,共治疗3疗程。患儿手术期间或术后无并发症,面部容貌有明显改善,术后6个月随访无复发。文献回顾表明,目前CO_(2)激光已广泛应用于切除各种体表病变,临床上多使用功率10~50 W、波长10.6μm的连续式CO_(2)激光对表浅组织病变进行治疗,可实现对病变组织的精确汽化切除,出血量少,效果良好。结论CO_(2)激光用于切除患儿面部乳头状瘤,精准微创,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the feasibility of using a carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser in the treatment of facial papilloma in children and to evaluate its curative effect and prognosis.Methods A case of pediatric facial papilloma treated with a CO_(2) laser was reported,and the effects of this disease and CO_(2) laser treatment were reviewed and ana⁃lyzed in combination with the literature.Results Under general anesthesia,the lesion tissue of the left lip was excised for pathological biopsy,and the diagnosis was maxillofacial papilloma.The lesions were surgically ablated in stages with a CO_(2) laser,and erythromycin ointment was applied to the surgical incision after surgery.A total of three rounds of CO_(2) laser treatment were performed for 3 treatment courses.The child had no complications during or after the operation,the facial appearance was significantly improved,and there was no sign of recurrence during the 6⁃month follow⁃up.A liter⁃ature review showed that CO_(2) lasers have been widely used in the excision of various surface lesions.In clinical prac⁃tice,continuous CO_(2) laser with power of 10⁃50 W and wavelength of 10.6μm is used to treat superficial tissue le⁃sions,which can achieve accurate vaporization resection of diseased tissue,less bleeding and a good prognosis.Conclusion CO_(2) laser was accurate and minimally invasive for the removal of facial papilloma in children.
