自酸蚀粘结剂和全酸蚀粘结剂在低龄儿童窝沟封闭术中的应用价值对比

摘　　要：窝沟封闭术能够预防儿童乳磨牙和新生恒牙龋病,为了提高窝沟封闭术的临床效果,比较全酸蚀粘结剂和自酸蚀粘结剂在窝沟封闭术中的应用价值。通过选择医院中98名符合条件的低龄儿童作为研究对象,其中一共包含396颗乳磨牙,将其平均分为两组,一组为自酸蚀组,另外一组为全酸蚀组,然后分析两组的封闭胶保存率、龋病发生率和微渗漏情况。实验结果表明,在窝沟封闭术中使用自酸蚀粘结剂虽然能够简化手术步骤,但是该粘结剂的封闭胶保存率明显低于全酸蚀组,另外,全酸蚀组的龋病发生率低于自酸蚀组,而全酸蚀组的微渗漏情况优于自酸蚀组。所以在低龄儿童窝沟封闭术中使用全酸蚀粘结剂的应用价值更高。Pit and fissure sealant can prevent dental caries of deciduous molars and new permanent teeth in children.In order to improve the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealant,this paper compared the application value of self-etching adhesive and full-etching adhesive in pit and fissure sealant.By selecting 98 eligible young children in the hospital as the research objects,there were a total of 396 deciduous molar teeth,which were divided into two groups.One group was self-etching group,and the other group was full-etching group,then the preservation rate of the sealing glue,the incidence of caries and microleakage of the two groups were analyzed.The experimental results show that although the self-etching adhesive used in pit and fissure sealing can simplify the operation steps,the preservation rate of the sealing glue of this adhesive was significantly lower than that of the full-etching group.In addition,the incidence of caries in the full-etching group was lower than that of the self-etching group.Finally,the microleakage of the full-etching group was better than that of the self-etching group.Therefore,the application value of using full-etching adhesive in pit and fissure sealing in young children is higher.
