摘　　要：目的 探讨外周血1, 25-二羟基维生素D_(3)[1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)]水平与胃癌患者临床特征的关系。方法 选取98例胃癌患者作为观察组,100例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组受试者血清1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)、Ca^(2+)水平,分析不同基线特征胃癌患者血清1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平的差异,相关性分析采用Pearson相关分析。结果 淋巴结转移、分化程度为低分化、TNM分期为Ⅲ期、远处转移和肿瘤直径≥4 cm的胃癌患者血清1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平分别低于无淋巴结转移、分化程度为中高分化、TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无远处转移和肿瘤直径﹤4 cm的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。胃癌患者血清1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平与TNM分期、分化程度均呈负相关(P﹤0.01)。结论 胃癌患者外周血1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)水平较低,其水平与分化程度、TNM分期均呈负相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of peripheral blood 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D_(3)[1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)] and the clinical characteristics of patients with gastric cancer. Method A total of 98 gastric cancer patients were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The serum level of 1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)and Ca^(2+)were detected in the two groups. Differences in serum 1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)level in gastric cancer patients with different baseline characteristics were analyzed, and Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis. Result The level of serum 1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis, poorly differentiated degree, TNM stage III, distant metastasis, and tumor diameter ≥4 cm were lower than those without lymph node metastasis, middle-to-high differentiation grade, TNM stage I-II, without distant metastasis and tumor diameter <4 cm, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of serum 1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)in patients with gastric cancer was negatively correlated with TNM stage and degree of differentiation(P<0.01). Conclusion The level of 1, 25(OH)_(2)D_(3)in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer was low, and its level was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stage.
