摘　　要：临床孤立综合征通常是多发性硬化的最初起病形式。随着多发性硬化2017年修订版McDonald诊断标准的临床应用以及反映疾病诊断和转归标志物的发现,有必要针对临床孤立综合征提出相应的规范化诊治流程。本共识由我国神经免疫性疾病诊治领域的多位专家结合临床经验对临床孤立综合征的定义、临床表现、诊断和鉴别诊断要点、向多发性硬化转化风险的评估以及相关治疗和随访等方面进行充分集体讨论,最终形成本共识。Clinically isolated syndrome is usually the first clinical episode with features suggestive of multiple sclerosis.In the light of the 2017 revision of the McDonald multiple sclerosis criteria and the discovery of new biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of multiple sclerosis,it is necessary to propose the standard protocol of diagnosis and treatment for clinically isolated syndrome.This consensus is based on the clinical experience of the experts in the field of neuroimmunological diseases in China.The experts proposed the definition,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,assessment of the risk of conversion to multiple sclerosis,the treatment and follow-up of clinically isolated syndrome,and achieved this consensus finally.
