摘 要:随着畜牧行业的不断发展,消费者对畜产品质量要求也越来越高,优化产业生产是当前迫切解决的问题。褪黑素在畜牧生产中能够提高动物繁殖性能、免疫能力等,同时能够改善畜产品质量。但褪黑素如何应用于实际生产当中仍是目前养殖行业所面临的重大难题。本文主要综述了褪黑素对奶牛繁殖和免疫及乳品质的影响、褪黑素对肉牛及其后代的影响,从而为褪黑素在畜牧生产实际中应用提供理论支撑。With the continuous development of animal husbandry industry, consumers have higher requirements for the quality of animal products. Optimizing industrial production is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Melatonin can improve animal reproductive performance, immunity, and improve the quality of animal products. However, how to apply melatonin in actual production is still a major problem facing the current breeding industry. This paper mainly reviews the effects of melatonin on cow reproduction and immunity and dairy quality, and melatonin on beef cattle and their offspring, to provide theoretical support for the practical application of melatonin in animal husbandry production.
