摘　　要：认知功能下降是指个体的记忆、语言、推理等认知功能的各个方面表现出明显、可测量的下降或异常,包括轻度认知功能下降和痴呆,为国家、家庭和个人带来极大负担。随着人口老龄化问题日益严重,认知功能下降的发生率明显增加,但发病机制仍不明确。脂质作为血浆中常见的生化指标,通过各种病理生理过程与障碍密切相关。基于此,本文对血脂水平与晚年认知障碍的相关性进行综述。Cognitive decline refers to the obvious and measurable decline or abnormality in all aspects of the individual’s cognitive functions,such as memory,language,reasoning,etc.,including mild cognitive decline and dementia,which has brought a great burden to the country,family and individual.With the increasingly serious problem of population aging,the incidence of cognitive decline has increased significantly,but the research on the pathogenesis is still unclear.For the purpose of understanding the pathogenesis of cognitive decline,this article elaborates on the characteristics,diagnosis,pathogenesis and other aspects.
