摘 要:为了使钢管对接操作方便简单,降低误差,本文设计了由液压驱动的校圆工具。通过卡爪卡住钢管管口移动,使得钢管管口发生形变完成校圆工作。校圆工具提供足够大的压紧力,使调直校圆工作可以针对所有系列钢管。利用有限元模拟加载分析出所需的最大压紧力,对模型进行等效简化和莫尔积分法的计算方法对模拟结果进行验证。研究结果表明:显示仿真和理论计算拟合程度较高,该校圆工具提供的压紧力应大于4.0×105 N才能对所有系列钢管进行组对校圆;利用得出的压紧力对校圆工具的卡爪进行强度校核,选取的材料Cr40强度满足要求。A hydraulically driven calibration tool is designed in this paper to ensure the convenient joint operation of the steel pipe and to reduce errors.The working mode of the round tool is to move the steel pipe orifice through the clamping claw,thereby forcing the deformation of the steel pipe orifice to complete the straightening and circle correction.The calibration tool needs to provide enough pressing force so that straightening and circle correction can be applied to all series of steel pipes.First,the maximum pressing force is analyzed by finite element simulation,and then the simulation results were verified by equivalent simplification and Mohr integral method.Results show that the simulation and theoretical calculation fit well.Comparative analysis shows that the pressing force provided by the calibration tool should be greater than 4.0×10 N to calibrate all series of steel pipes.The obtained pressing force is used to check the strength of the claw of the calibration tool.The material Cr40 is selected,and the strength of the claw is verified to meet the requirements through the finite element method.
