摘　　要：IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-RD)是一种免疫介导的纤维炎性反应性疾病,可以累及全身各个器官,特别是一些腺体组织,如胰腺、唾液腺(下颌下腺、腮腺、舌下腺)、泪腺和甲状腺等。由于该病临床表现多样且没有明确的诊断标准,易漏诊和误诊,糖皮质激素作为其一线用药,虽然在短期内可明显改善患者症状,但易复发,因此文章拟从IgG4-RD的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述,帮助临床医师加深对该病的了解。IgG4-related disease(IgG4 RD)is an immune-mediated fibro-inflammatory disease that can affect various organs of the body,especially some glandular tissues,such as pancreas,salivary glands(submandibular,parotid,sublingual),Lacrimal glands and thyroid gland,etc.Because the clinical manifestations of the disease are diverse and there are no clear diagnostic criteria,it is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.Glucocorticoids,as the first-line drug,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients in the short term,but are prone to recurrence.Therefore,this article intends to study the epidemiology of IgG4 RD.This paper reviews the research progress in the aspects of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment,etc.,to help clinicians deepen their understanding of the disease.
