摘  要:为得到简化为双轮轮载时正交异性钢桥面板铺装层静动力响应规律,以某座大跨钢箱梁桥为背景,建立了基于ANSYS的局部有限元模型,进行静载、单车移动荷载、移动荷载列下的数值模拟分析。结果表明:钢桥面板的受力呈现显著的局部特性,当双轮轮压中心位于纵向U肋边线时,正交性钢桥面板受力最为不利;横向最大拉应力、横向最大剪应力可作为铺装层的控制应力;单车作用下铺装层竖向位移、横向最大拉应力、横向最大剪应力较静载工况下增幅分别为30.57%、42.01%、44.30%;在移动荷载列作用下,3个参数增幅分别为206.25%、43.88%、95.29%。移动荷载动力效应显著,竖向位移及横向剪应力对移动荷载列表现较为敏感,以及参数对车速表现出强烈非线性特点。因此,通过避免同类型车辆长时间保持等间距行驶、打乱车流、适当控制车速等措施,从而减少铺装层病害,并提高行车舒适性。In order to simplify the static and dynamic response law of the orthotropic steel bridge deck pavement under two-wheeled wheel load,a local finite element model based on ANSYS was established with a large-span steel box girder bridge as the background,and numerical simulation analysis was carried on with the static load,moving load of single vehicle and moving load column.The results show that the stress of the steel bridge slab exhibits obvious local characteristics.When the center of the two-wheel pressure is located on the longitudinal U-rib line,the stress of the orthogonal steel bridge slab is the most unfavorable.The maximum transverse tensile stress and the maximum transverse shear stress can be used as the control stress of the deck pavement.Under the action of a single vehicle,the increase of the vertical displacement,the maximum transverse tensile stress and the maximum transverse shear stress of the pavement are 30.57%,42.01%,and 44.30%respectively compared with the static load conditions.Under the action of the moving load train,the three parameters increase respectively by 206.25%,43.88%,95.29%.The dynamic effect of the moving load is significant,and the vertical displacement and transverse shear stress are now more sensitive to the moving load train,the analysis parameters show strong nonlinear characteristics to vehicle speed.It is possible to reduce pavement diseases and improve driving comfort through measures such as avoiding the same type of vehicles to keep driving at equal distances for a long time,disrupting the flow of traffic,and appropriately controlling the speed of the vehicle.
