摘　　要：树脂粘接固定局部义齿(Resin bonded fixed partial dentures,RBFPDs)概念的提出至今已近50年,较高的失败率一直限制着其临床应用。近年来,随着口腔材料及粘接技术的发展,学者们开展了大量关于树脂粘接固定修复的临床应用研究,并取得了较为满意的成功率,树脂粘接固定局部义齿逐渐成为一种具有良好应用前景的针对个别牙缺失的微创修复方式。基于此,本文从基牙的选择与预备、固位体设计及不同瓷材料的修复效果与粘接等方面对个别前后牙缺失的全瓷树脂粘接固定局部义齿修复研究现状进行了综述,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为树脂粘接固定局部义齿在临床中的应用提供参考。Resin bonded fixed partial dentures(RBFPDs)have been proposed for nearly 50 years,however the clinical application was limited by high failure rate.In recent years,with the development of dental materials and bonding technique,a large number of clinical studies have been carried out on resin bonding fixed dental prostheses,resulting in a satisfactory long-term success rate.RBFPDs have gradually become a prosthetic method with promising application prospects for individual missing teeth.The research status of RBFPDs for loss of individual anterior or posterior teeth is systematically reviewed from the relating aspects of the abutment selection and preparation,retainer design,effect of different porcelain materials and adhesion.Furthermore,the potential future directions of RBFPDs arealso prospected in current paper.
