从“雌雄同体”的女性形象探析奥康纳矛盾的女性观

摘　　要：以弗兰纳里·奥康纳《火中之圈》等3篇短篇小说为例,系统分析了奥康纳短篇小说中“雌雄同体”的强势女性形象,重点分析了她们与周围地位低于自己的男性之间的紧张关系及其根源。指出了因为奥康纳的女性意识受到传统男权文化的强烈冲击和消解,在她的笔下,即使是“雌雄同体”的家长型强势女性也屡遭失败,反映了奥康纳矛盾的女性观。Citing Flannery O′Connor′s Circle in the Fire and other two short stories as examples,this paper analyzes the androgynous empowered women in O′Connor′s short stories,and it mainly focuses on the intense relationship between these women and their surrounding men who are inferior to them and its causes.In the end,this paper draws a conclusion that in Connor′s works,even the androgynous empowered women are frequently encountered with setbacks because O′Connor′sense of feminism is strongly impacted by the traditional patriarchal culture,and it reflects O′Connor′s contradictory view of feminism.
