摘  要:豆粕是大豆加工过程中产生的副产品,豆粕中蛋白质质量分数高达45%且碳水化合物与氨基酸等物质也极为丰富,再加上豆粕的价格相对低廉,在动物饲料方面发展前景十分广大。但是由于豆粕中含有多种抗营养因子导致豆粕中的营养无法被动物吸收,甚至会对动物产生危害,所以使得豆粕在动物饲料方面的应用受到了严重的阻碍。近些年有研究发现,豆粕通过发酵可以有效地除去这些抗营养因子,从而使得豆粕中营养能被动物更好的吸收,这让豆粕饲料的研究变得火热起来。概括了目前国内外研究人员对于豆粕饲料综合利用的相关研究现状,希望通过对前人方法的总结与概括,为豆粕饲料的综合开发利用提供帮助。Soybean meal is a by-product produced during soybean processing.The protein content of soybean meal is as high as 45% and the carbohydrates and amino acids are also extremely rich.In addition, the price of soybean meal is relatively low, and its development prospect in animal feed is very broad.However, the application of soybean meal in animal feed has been seriously hindered due to the fact that the nutrients in soybean meal can not be absorbed by animals and even cause harm to animals because of the many anti-nutritional factors contained in soybean meal.In recent years, studies have found that soybean meal fermentation can effectively remove these anti-nutritional factors, so that the nutrients in soybean meal can be better absorbed by animals, which makes the research on soybean meal feed become hot.This article mainly summarizes the current research status of domestic and foreign researchers on the comprehensive utilization of soybean meal feed, and hopes to provide help for the development of comprehensive utilization of soybean meal feed through the summary and generalization of previous methods.
