摘　　要：目的应用光学相干断层扫描血管成像,评价康柏西普对糖尿病黄斑水肿黄斑区视网膜微循环生物图像变化的影响。方法前瞻性病例研究,对2020年1月至2021年1月宁波市第一医院眼科中心48例受试者的80眼进行每月一次的康柏西普玻璃体腔注射并分析,所有定量分析比较均使用生物图像分析软件进行,包括中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积和圆度指数以及血管复杂性参数。结果在FAZ面积、FAZ CI、NoB和tBL中,术前与术后3个月各期相比,FAZ面积、SCP层的FAZ CI、NoB和tBL比较,差异均无统计学意义(F=0.082,0.215,0.875,1.873,P=0.970,0.885,0.458,0.141,P>0.05)。结论本研究记录了在康柏西普注射下糖尿病黄斑水肿患者黄斑区发生的视网膜微循环变化,随着时间的进展并未发生显著的变化。可以通过OCTA分析糖尿病黄斑水肿视网膜微循环的变化。Objective To evaluate the changes of biological images of retinal microcirculation in diabetic macular edema using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA).Methods In a prospective case study,a total of 80 eyes of 48 subjects in the Ophthalmic Center of Ningbo First Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 receive intravitreal injection with conbercept once a month and analyzed.All quantitative analysis and comparison were carried out by using biological image analysis software,including the area and roundness index of foveal avascular zone(FAZ)and vascular complexity parameters.Results There were no significant differences in FAZ area,FAZ CI in SCP layer,NoB and tBL before and 3 months after operation(F=0.082,0.215,0.875,1.873,P=0.970,0.885,0.458,0.141,P>0.05).Conclusion This study recorded the changes of retinal microcirculation in macular area of diabetic patients with macular edema after the injection of conbercept,which did not change significantly with the progress of time.The changes of retinal microcirculation in diabetic macular edema can be analyzed by OCTA.
