摘　　要：目的探讨多感官刺激疗法联合经颅磁刺激(TMS)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能和精神行为症状的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月杭州市第七人民医院老年科住院诊治的AD患者72例,随机分为两组。对照组(n=36)予多感官刺激疗法,联用组(n=36)加TMS治疗,两组均治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后的认知功能指标和精神行为症状变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗12周后,两组患者MMSE评分和MoCA评分明显上升,BEHAVE-AD评分明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且联用组患者变化幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时联用组临床总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组77.78%(χ^(2)=4.180,P=0.041)。结论多感官刺激疗法联合TMS治疗AD患者的疗效确切,不仅可明显改善认知功能,而且可减轻精神行为症状。Objective To investigate the effect of multisensory stimulation therapy combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)on the cognitive function and psycho-behavioral symptoms of patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD).Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,a total of 72 cases of AD patients in the Department of Geriatrics in Hangzhou Seventh People′s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received multi-sensory stimulation therapy,and the combination group received TMS.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes in cognitive function indexes and psycho-behavioral symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical effects were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the MMSE and MoCA scores of the two groups of patients increased significantly,while the BEHAVE-AD score decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the changes in the combination group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05);at the same time,the total clinical effective rate in the combination group was 94.44%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(χ^(2)=4.180,P=0.041).Conclusion Multisensory stimulation therapy combined with TMS is effective in treating AD patients.It can not only significantly improve cognitive function,but also reduce psycho-behavioral symptoms.
