摘 要:目的探究基于微课模式下的麻醉学综合实验课教学效果。方法纳入本院麻醉学2015级(90名)和2016级(90名)为研究对象,研究起止时间:2018年6月—2020年6月,根据遵义医科大学教学改革要求,分为2015级的传统课堂教学组(对照组)和2016级的微课教学组(观察组)。对照组按传统的实验课教学法进行麻醉学综合性实验课授课,然后在教师带教下进行相关内容的实践操作;观察组要求同学课前学习麻醉医学院教学网站或学校网络教学平台教学视频,课堂教学以对学生学习微课内容评估后补充知识点为主。实验中以学生为主导,教师负责场景设置和模型建立指导。跟踪学生至临床实习结束,统计比较两组学生课程作业总成绩、学生对于课程满意度评分、授课教师对课程设置以及学生评价评分、临床实习带教教师对课程以及学生临床能力评估评价评分。结果观察组学生课堂作业和课程满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。授课教师对观察组课程设置以及学生评价评分为(86.45±3.59)分高于对照组(84.00±3.13)分,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床实习带教教师对观察组课程以及学生临床能力评估评价评分为(85.84±2.30)分高于对照组(82.35±3.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课教学方式更利于培养具有自主学习能力、临床思维、实践能力以及岗位胜任能力的学生。Objective To explore the teaching effect of comprehensive experimental course of Anesthesiology based on micro course mode.Methods The subjects of the study were 90 anesthesiologists of grade 2015 and 90 anesthesiologists of grade 2016 in our hospital.The starting and ending time of the study was from June 2018 to June 2020.According to the teaching reform requirements of Zunyi Medical University,they were divided into traditional classroom teaching group in 2015(control group)and micro class teaching group in 2016(observation group).The control group was taught the comprehensive experimental course of Anesthesiology according to the traditional experimental teaching method,and then the practical operation of relevant contents was carried out under the guidance of teachers.The observation group requires students to learn the teaching videos on the teaching website of the School of Anesthesiology or the school's online teaching platform before class.The classroom teaching is mainly to supplement knowledge points after the evaluation of students'learning micro course content.The experiment is student-oriented,and the teacher is responsible for setting up the scene and guiding the establishment of the model.Track the students until the end of clinical practice,and make statistics and comparison between the two groups of students'total score of course homework,students'satisfaction score for the course,teachers'evaluation score for the curriculum and students,and clinical practice teachers'evaluation score for the course and students'clinical ability.Results The scores of classroom homework and course satisfaction of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of the teachers on the curriculum and students in the observation group were(86.45±3.59)points higher than those in the control group(84.00±3.13),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation score of clinical practice teachers on the courses and students'c
