摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)与循证医学联合应用在普外科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1—12月本院普外科临床实习生20名为研究对象,以随机数表法将实习生分至参照组(n=10)和实验组(n=10)。参照组用传统模式教学,实验组用PBL与循证医学联合模式教学。比较两组实习生的学习成绩及其对教学模式的满意度。结果实验组实习生的学习成绩高于参照组,理论成绩、技能操作成绩、总成绩均高于参照组,且组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组实习生对教学模式在自主学习机会、创新思维培养、临床思维锻炼、团队合作、学习兴趣激发、学生主观能动性、沟通能力、满意度方面的评分均高于参照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL与循证医学联合模式教学应用在普外科临床实习教学中的效果显著,能提高实习生的理论成绩,对实习生的技能操作能力具有明显的增强作用,实习生对教学模式的满意度高。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-oriented teaching method(PBL)combined with evidence-based medicine in clinical practice teaching of general surgery.Methods Twenty clinical interns of general surgery in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects,and the interns were divided into the reference group(n=10)and the experimental group(n=10)by random number table method.The reference group was taught in the traditional mode,while the experimental group was taught in the combined mode of PBL and evidence-based medicine.The students'academic performance and their satisfaction with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results The academic performance of interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and their theoretical performance,skill operation performance and total performance were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group in terms of autonomous learning opportunities,innovative thinking training,clinical thinking exercise,teamwork,learning interest stimulation,students'subjective initiative,communication ability and satisfaction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PBL and evidence-based medicine has a significant effect in the clinical practice teaching of general surgery,which can improve the theoretical performance of the interns and significantly enhance their skills and operation ability.The interns have a high degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode.
