摘　　要：白血病是一类较易出现口腔病变的全身性疾病,甚至以口腔表征为首发症状首诊于口腔科。口腔医生正确鉴别以口腔表征为首发症状的白血病,避免漏、误诊的发生,是保证这类患者获得早期诊断、早期治疗、提高白血病疗效的关键。正确鉴别白血病,是口腔住院医师规范化培训期间需要学习的重要内容,是培养具有临床胜任力的合格的口腔医生的必经之路。漏、误诊病例分析作为一种特殊的案例教学法,不仅可以作为“反面教材”提醒住院医师避免发生相同的错误,同时分析的过程也可以培养住院医师的逆向及全局思维。应用于以口腔表征为首诊的白血病初筛的教学,能够提高住院医师临床综合思维能力,达到培养住院医师胜任力的目的。Leukemia is a kind of malignant hematopoietic system disease,often accompanied by oral symptoms.Sometimes,oral manifestation can be the first symptoms of leukemia,and a dentist may be the first person to diagnose leukemia.Early clinical diagnosis and treatment are the key points to improve prognosis of leukemia.To avoid missed and misdiagnosed leukemia,is an important part of dental resident training.The application of missed and misdiagnosed case analysis in dental resident standardization is a new oriented teaching method,which can carry out the resident standardization training more efficiently,help the residents to develop the correct clinical thinking method and form a life-long learning habit.
