摘 要:重症医学是一个复杂的学科,涉及范围广,病理生理状态复杂,在教学过程中需要探索更多样和有效的教学方法。项目导向教学(project-based learning,PjBL)被定义为一种系统的教学方法,在老师的指导下,将一个项目交由学生,围绕复杂、真实的问题,通过精心设计产品或完成任务,使学生学习知识和技能。除了基本知识和技能的学习外,PjBL还能激发学习热情和创新,着重培养自主学习能力,在重症医学领域具有良好的应用前景。文章重点探讨了项目导向教学在重症医学住院医师培训中的优势以及具体方案,说明项目导向教学是一种值得应用的教学方式。Intensive care medicine is a complex discipline,involving a wide range of majors and complex pathophysiological conditions.It is necessary to explore more effective teaching methods.Project-based learning(PjBL)is defined as a systematic teaching method that engages students in learning essential knowledge and life enhancing skills through an extended,student-influenced inquiry process structured around complex,authentic questions and carefully designed products and tasks.In addition to learning basic knowledge and skills,PjBL can also stimulate learning enthusiasm and innovation,focusing on cultivating independent learning ability,and has a good application prospect in critical care medicine.This article focuses on the advantages and specific schemes of PjBL in the training of critically ill medical residents,and explains that PjBL is a teaching method worthy of application.
