摘　　要：胃癌患者术前常存在营养不良,免疫功能下降,术后手术应激也会加重其营养不良状况,并进一步导致免疫功能紊乱。免疫营养治疗是调节患者机体免疫和营养状况的有效方法。本文介绍了胃癌患者围手术期发生免疫营养障碍的发病机制、营养风险筛查与评估、临床常用免疫营养制剂的种类及作用、免疫营养制剂的应用途径、免疫营养支持治疗时机、免疫营养临床应用效果、肠内免疫营养常见并发症,希望为胃癌围手术期免疫营养的临床应用可行性和安全性提供更多的理论指导。Patients with gastric cancer often have malnutrition and decreased immune function before surgery,and the postoperative surgical stress will also aggravate their malnutrition,and further lead to immune dysfunction.At present,the commonly used immunonutritional support therapy is an effective method to regulate the immune activity and nutritional status of patients.Therefore,this paper systematically introduce the pathogenesis,types of immunonutrition preparations and application status of immunonutrition therapy in perioperative period of gastric cancer patients,hoping to provide more theoretical guidance for the feasibility and safety of clinical application of immunonutrition in perioperative period of gastric cancer patients.
