摘  要:医学研究生教育是推动我国医疗卫生事业发展和健康中国战略实施的关键环节,而医学研究生学生干部的培养对于促进医学研究生全面发展、提升医疗队伍整体素质至关重要。以北京协和医学院阜外医院研究生的生源特点为依托,分析当前医学院校研究生干部培养存在的问题,积极探索提升医学研究生学生干部整体水平的工作体系,即从综合选拔、分类培训、多维考核、有力奖惩和多途径拓展等方面进行探索,从而培养出医学素养专业、综合素质全面的医学后备人才。The development of medical students is key to promote China medical and health industry and the Healthy China strategy. Training medical student cadres is essential to promote the overall development of medical students and improve the overall quality of medical team. Based on the characteristics of postgraduate students in Fuwai Hospital, Peking Union Medical College, this article analyzes the current problems in the training of student cadres in medical schools and actively explores the training and assessment system to improve the overall level of student cadres, namely comprehensive selection,classified training, multi-dimensional assessment, powerful rewards and punishments and multi-channel expansion, so as to cultivate medical reserve talents with medical literacy and comprehensive qualities.
