高职院校健康管理专业建设现状之探究及启示--以我国33所公办高等职业院校开设健康管理专业对清远职业技术学院的启示为例

摘　　要：大健康产业是我国的新兴产业,发展迅速,为适应未来市场岗位的需求,我国很多职业院校都开设了健康管理专业。本文旨在分析我国开设了健康管理专业公办类高职院校专业开设情况,包括招生数量、课程设置及就业去向等,为我院未来开设健康管理专业提供参考。通过数据调查分析,健康管理专业目前存在专业课程标准、专业课程开展不统一,专业师资力量短缺等问题,与产业发展的需求存在较大差距。我校要开办健康管理专业,可着重从以下几方面进行专业建设(1)内培外引,解决师资问题;(2)依托护理专业群建设内容,明确培养目标;(3)增加实习基地种类,增强学生实践能力;(4)基于校企合作,构建“双制共育”人才培养保障机制;(5)推行1+X证书制度。The great health industry is an emerging industry in China,which is developing rapidly.In order to meet the needs of the future market posts,many vocational colleges in China have set up health management majors.In order to provide a reference for the future establishment of health management majors in Qingyuan Polytechnic,this paper aims to analyze the opening of health management majors in public higher vocational colleges in China,including the number of enrollments,the curriculum settings and the employment trends.The data investigation and analysis shows that there are some problems in the health management major,such as the inconsistency of professional curriculum standards and professional courses,the shortage of professional teachers,which is far from the needs of industrial development.The professional construction of the health management specialty should focus on the training and introduction of teachers,the clear training objectives on the basis of the content of nursing specialty group construction,the increase of the types of internship bases and the enhancement of the students’practical ability,the construction of“double system co-education”talent training guarantee mechanism based on the school-enterprise cooperation,and the implement of the“1+X”certificate system.
