摘　　要：RCC2(regulator of chromosome condensation 2),也被称为TD-60(telophase disc protein of 60 kD),是一种高度保守的核蛋白质,结构与RCC1类似。RCC1是Ras相关核蛋白(Ras-related nuclear protein,Ran)的鸟嘌呤交换因子(guanine nucleotide exchange factor,GEF),对于细胞周期的正常进行非常重要[1]。类似的,RCC2也主要参与细胞周期的调控;而另一方面,RCC2还可与整合素(integrin)、皮质肌动蛋白(cortactin)等发生相互作用来调节细胞的迁移和细胞分裂[2]。Regulator of chromosome condensation 2(RCC2)is a member of chromosomal passenger complex(CPC)and is required for the proper chromosome separation and completion of mitosis.In addition,RCC2 interacts with integrins on the cell membrane to regulate cell mobility.Recently,it has been reported that RCC2 may play an important role in the DNA damage response(DDR),and its abnormal expression in several types of cancer.In this review,a current research progress of RCC2 was summarized,with a focus on its function and underlying mechanism in DDR and tumors.
