摘 要:针对高速三金片绣花机送片机构的结构特点,分析了送片机构的工作原理和工作过程,建立了送片机构的运动学数学模型,分析了送片机构的运动学特性,探究了金片规格和排列顺序对运动学特性的影响机理,验证了送片机构的运动学可行性,设计了送片机构结构参数。考虑机构振动,采用集中参数模型,建立了送片机构的弹性动力学模型,分析了系统的振动响应,得到了从动件实际位移偏离理论位移而产生的动态运动误差与周期比之间的特征关系,为高速三金片绣送片机构的设计与优化提供依据。Aiming at the structure characteristics of the feeding mechanism of high-speed parallel three-layered tinsel embroidery device,the working principle and process of the feeding were analyzed.The kinematics mathematical model of the feeding mechanism was established and the kinematics characteristics of the feeding mechanism were analyzed.The mechanism of the influence of the sheet size and arrangement order on the kinematics characteristics were explored,and the kinematics feasibility of the feeding mechanism was verified which leaded to structural parameters were determined.Considering the vibration of the mechanism,the elastic dynamic model of the feeding mechanism was established by using the lumped parameter model,and the vibration responses of the system were analyzed.The characteristic relationships between the dynamic motion error caused by the actual displacement deviating from the theoretical displacement of the follower and the period ratio were obtained,which provided a basis for the design and optimization of high-speed parallel three-layered tinsel embroidery feeding mechanism.
