摘 要:针对小子样系统数据少且存在模糊信息不易进行准确可靠性增长分析和评估的问题,将基于相关函数的多源信息融合方法及模糊FMECA故障分析方法综合运用于小子样系统的可靠性增长设计研究。通过模糊FMECA分析解决模糊信息的影响,根据各潜在故障模式分别采取相应的改进措施,实现系统的可靠性增长。利用多源信息融合方法将仿真数据、类似型号冲压机失效数据与现场试验数据融合,并提出了基于信息融合的可靠性指标估计方法。以某新型冲压机的可靠性增长设计为例对提出的方法进行验证,结果表明:改进后新机的可靠度远远大于原机,而失效率比原机低了数倍,系统可靠性得到了极大的提升。Aiming at the problem of small sample system with few data and difficult to accurately analyze and evaluate reliability growth with fuzzy information,the method of multi-source information fusion based on correlation function and the method of fuzzy FMECA fault analysis are synthetically applied to the reliability growth design of small sample system.Fuzzy FMECA analysis is used to solve the influence of fuzzy information,and corresponding improvement measures are taken according to the potential failure modes to achieve the reliability growth of the system.Multi-source information fusion method is used to fuse simulation data,failure data of similar stamping machine and field test data,and a reliability index estimation method based on information fusion is proposed.Taking the reliability growth design of a new punch as an example,the proposed method is verified.The results show that the reliability of the improved punch is much higher than that of the original punch,and the failure rate is several times lower than that of the original punch,and the reliability of the system has been greatly improved.
