摘 要:针对发射车转塔控制系统调试周期长的问题,设计了基于ADAMS和MATLAB的机电联合仿真系统。从理论上分析了齿侧间隙和轴承间隙的耦合关系以及对传动系统动力学的影响机理。采用UG建立了含间隙的传动系统三维模型;导入到ADAMS后进行了运动学仿真并验证了可靠性;在MATLAB中搭建了基于PI的三环控制系统,与ADAMS/Control接口模块对接后进行了联合仿真。仿真结果表明,搭建的机电联合仿真系统具有良好的动态响应和轨迹跟踪特性,为实际参数调试提供了一定参考,进一步证明该方法可有效提高调试效率。In order to solve the problem of long debugging cycle of rotating tower control system of launcher,a electromechanical joint simulation system based on ADAMS and MATLAB is designed.The coupling relationship between tooth side clearance and bearing clearance and the influence mechanism on transmission system dynamics are analyzed theoretically.The three-dimensional model of transmission system with clearance is established by UG,the kinematic simulation and reliability are verifiedafter it is imported into ADAMS,and the three-loop control system based on PI is built in MATLAB,and the joint simulation is carried out after docking with ADAMS/Control interface module.The simulation results show that the electromechanical connection is built.The combined simulation system has good dynamic response and trajectory tracking characteristics,which provides a certain reference for the debugging of practical parameters,and further proves that this method can effectively improve the debugging efficiency.
